A follow up to the story entitled ‘A British Hero of the Holocaust’ dated December 2023, which tells of the school's successful bid at auction for a collection of medals belonging to Old Berkhamstedian John Eric Maclean Carvell. The medals are now on display in the Exhibition Room.
A bespoke case has been constructed by OB K. Goddard, with additional finishing touches from a member of our Estates team M. Rance.
This sits underneath a story frame, with details and photographs from his life as schoolboy, soldier and career diplomat.
