2014 marked the 300th Anniversary of the Hanoverian Dynasty. One of the events planned by Historic Royal Palaces was the Glorious Georges exhibition at Kensington Palace. The School has for many years, been the custodian of a collar that was once worn by Peter the Wild Boy, a feral child found in the forests of Hanover and brought to the court of King George I in 1726. The collar was loaned to Kensington Palace, as a part of the exhibition that ran from 2014-2015.

Historic Royal Palaces are organising a further exhibition at Kensington palace, entitled ‘Untold Lives’, which explores the stories of the servants and palace staff in the 17th & 18th centuries. Peter's collar and the part petition will be loaned as a part of this exhibition, which runs from March to October 2024.
