Fast forward to January, 2002 when CSM Carter joined Berkhamsted from the Welsh Guards. He saw service with the London Regiment in Iraq in 2009 and in Afghanistan in 2010. In his busy school day he deals with the admin. for the Corps, the training programme and the organising of camps and trips. Looking after the range and ammunition store is a priority and preparation for the drills and parades for Yates and the General Inspection produce some wonderful spectacles.
